Equity compensation is not simply putting a plan together and giving awards to your executives and employees. You need a roadmap to follow to create plans that are easily understood, clearly communicated, simple to administer and most importantly, effective.
Aligning employee interests with those of shareholders has never been more important. Effective equity compensation plans do more than provide another means of remunerating your workforce. They give employees a direct interest in the future of your company, a higher sense of involvement and incentive to assist in the long term growth and profitability of your company.

In the United States, companies are faced with the challenge of not just creating equity compensation plans that appeal to its employees, but need to do so in an environment where accounting, tax and other regulatory requirements can frequently trip up the unwary.
Solium Equity Consulting Services is dedicated to developing compensation plans that are not only attractive to employees and in-line with corporate goals but also practical and simple enough to be easily administrated.
